Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Møllegården. By accessing and making a reservation through an online platform, customers accept the terms and conditions described below.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we are unable to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking.

No-show

If you do not notify us in advance and fail to check in by 11:00 AM on the day following the arrival date indicated on your reservation confirmation, your reservation will be considered a No-Show, and you will forfeit your right to use the apartment/room for the remaining nights of your reservation. Any reservation not checked in by 11:00 AM on the day following the arrival date, without prior notice, will be canceled without refund.

Please note that if you wish to use the reservation after the original arrival date, it is your responsibility to contact Møllegården no later than the scheduled check-in date.

Additional charges

Please note that additional charges may be applied if the guest does not comply with house rules and causes damage to the apartment or room and its interior. For full understanding, please see the house rules below.

The guest or the person guaranteeing the reservation is responsible for any damage to the property caused by negligent or irresponsible behavior by guests or visitors. In the event of a breach of house rules, Møllegården reserves the right to seek compensation for additional cleaning and damage to the apartment or room.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, but we are happy to offer free early check-in when possible. Early check-in is based on availability and is offered from 11:00 AM at the earliest, when possible.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM at most of our accommodations. We reserve the right to charge an extra night’s fee if the check-out time is not observed.

If you are already staying with us and wish to extend your stay, we kindly ask you to do so either via our website or by contacting our on-site team, who will be happy to assist you.

Cleaning fee

All bookings include a cleaning fee, which covers the final cleaning when you leave the apartment or room. The cleaning fee does not cover additional cleaning during your stay.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact Møllegården for more information. Mid-stay cleaning can be purchased for an additional fee.

Access code

We use uniquely generated codes that provide our guests with access to the building and the room/apartment they have booked. This code should only be shared with those using the apartment/room. If we detect that persons not officially registered are using the code, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the room/apartment.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. Always contact our reception team if you have any questions or concerns. They will help resolve any misunderstandings. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you are welcome to write to Møllegården.

Lost & Found

We assume no responsibility for forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee that what you forgot during your stay will be found. Please note that shipping of found items is always at the guest’s expense.

Møllegården policies

If house rules are violated or ignored, Møllegården reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refunding any payments for the reservation. Møllegården is not legally responsible for finding alternative accommodation.

Møllegården reserves the right to deny the guest access to the property if the guest or a member of the guest’s party (or any other person the guest has invited to the property) behaves in an unlawful manner.

Møllegården reserves the right to deny the guest access to the property if it is likely that damage will be caused, has been caused, or is being caused as a result of the guest’s behavior or the behavior of persons the guest has invited to the property.

The guest agrees to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in local laws.

Access during the stay

The guest must allow Møllegården or their representative (including craftsmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during the stay.

In an emergency, Møllegården reserves the right to access the apartment/room without prior notice. This includes if a problem needs to be resolved quickly and the guest cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the owner may enter the property at any time without prior notice.

Additional house rules:

  • As our guests’ relaxation is very important to us, small children from 0-10 years old are not allowed. We ask you to consider and respect this when making your booking. However, if the entire complex is booked as a closed group, infants are also allowed if the group wishes.
  • Events and parties such as weddings, birthday parties, or similar are possible by arrangement.
  • Access to the apartments is not allowed for unregistered persons.
  • The fireplace in the common room may only be lit by an authorized person from Møllegården’s team.
  • It is forbidden to make fires and/or light wood and other materials in the apartments as well as on the terraces and in the gardens.
  • We ask our guests to use the TV and other audio equipment at a moderate volume and not to disturb other guests.
  • Please note that additional charges may be applied if the guest does not comply with house rules and thereby causes damage to the apartment or room and its furnishings. The guest or the person guaranteeing the reservation is responsible for any damage to the property caused by negligent or irresponsible behavior by guests or visitors. In the event of a breach of house rules, Møllegården reserves the right to seek compensation for additional cleaning and damage to the apartment or room.
